Vintiq Return & Refund Policy  

At Vintiq, every piece is made to order, a wearable tribute to the legacy of motorsport. This approach ensures quality and eliminates overproduction, allowing us to deliver unique, meaningful products with purpose.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are made individually just for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

• Incorrect sizing
• Change of mind
• Color or style preference

Please review the size guide on each product page before placing your order. If you’re unsure about fit or material, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help before checkout.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand by our craftsmanship and want you to love your order.

If your item arrives:

• Damaged
• Misprinted
• Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@getvintiq.now and include:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A short description of the problem

Once verified, we’ll send a free replacement — no return needed.

Order Cancellations

At Vintiq, every product is made to order and enters production shortly after your purchase is placed.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at orders@getvintiq.now within 2 hour of placing it. Include your order number and the subject line “Cancel My Order.”

If your order has not yet gone into production, we’ll cancel and refund it in full.

However, once production has begun, we are unable to cancel or refund the order, as it is already being created specifically for you.

We appreciate your understanding, each Vintiq piece is made to order with care and precision.
