At Vintiq, we're committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Shipping Cost
We proudly ship worldwide, making our products accessible to customers across the globe. For orders within the US and Canada, we offer a flat shipping rate of $16 USD. For all other international destinations, shipping rates vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.
We also offer free standard shipping on all orders over $120 USD (before tax and discounts).
Processing Time
Orders are processed and sent to production within 1–3 business days
During high-volume periods (like holidays or launches), production time may extend slightly.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey.
Estimated Shipping Times (Once Shipped):
United States: 5-9 business days
Canada: 5-9 business days
Europe: 7-9 business days
Asia: 7-9 business days
Rest of world: 9-21 business days
Please note that all delivery times are estimates. Actual arrival may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays beyond our control.
Import Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your country's regulations. These fees are set by your local government and are the customer's responsibility. We recommend you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order.
If you refuse to pay duties or taxes upon delivery, your package may be returned to Vintiq or disposed of by the shipping carrier. In these cases, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at orders@getvintiq.now within 2 hour of placing your order. If your order has not yet entered production, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.
Each Vintiq item is made to order, so we appreciate your understanding and quick communication if a cancellation is necessary.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
To help ensure successful delivery, please double check that your shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your package is missing items or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to submit a claim. Include your order number, photos of any damaged items, photos of the packing slip (for missing item claims), and a brief description of the issue.
Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.
